of any work, labour, equipment or materials by the Contractor or by any Person under contract with, or requested by, the Contractor to provide work, labour, equipment or materials provided such lien or encumbrances arise from Contractor’s wrongful

Project Controls
Contractor shall as part of his proposal prepare and provide the Owner a schedule of activities establishing major milestones dates and control points. The format should be that of a time – scaled resource bar chart and network identifying major constraints and inter dependencies. Schedule activity resources should be by discipline and applicable day rates or hourly rates supplied.
